Fairview is a small rural community with a number of services including a hospital, RCMP and schools. There are also many recreational opportunites for you and your children to participate in while you live here. Family and Community Support Services is a partnership between the province of Alberta and the Town of Fairview and the Municipal District of Fairview, No. 136. It provides grants and offers programs that enhance the social well-being of individuals, families, and community through prevention.
Family Community Resource Centre (FCRC) has an extensive library of books and DVDs on various topics that can be borrowed free of charge. The FCRC can also assist with government program applications, advocacy, seniors and disability supports and general information and referral.
